All products have a warranty period determined by the manufacturer from 14 days to 5 years.

Warranty is considered to be a product that does not have mechanical damage, signs of tampering, repair, was used with the necessary components, there are no traces of "drowning" or exposure to direct sunlight (provided that the product has a warranty card).

Warranty services are not subject to: batteries, accumulators, power supplies, bulbs, nozzles, cuffs, equipment accessories and consumables.

Diagnostics and Warranty service is carried out within 1-14 days (depending on the complexity of the problem). If this cannot be done in our service center, the goods are sent to the manufacturer or spare parts are ordered. The terms in this case are determined individually.

Purchase returns:

The Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" N 1023-XII of 05/12/1991 establishes the general right of a consumer to exchange non-food goods of appropriate quality for the same from the seller from whom he was purchased, if the goods did not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons it cannot be used for its intended purpose (paragraph 1 of part 1 of article 9 of the Law). On the basis of paragraph 2 of part 1 of the same article of the Law, the consumer has the right to exchange goods of appropriate quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller.

“Medicinal products and medical devices of proper quality are not subject to return (Clause 16 of the Procedure for dispensing medicines and medical devices from pharmacies and their structural units, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 360 of 07/19/2005).”

The aforementioned List of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return) is contained in Appendix No. 3 to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine" On Protection of Consumer Rights "" No. 172 of 03/19/1994. The list of goods proper quality, which are not subject to replacement and return, includes drugs and products, hygiene items of good quality.

Clause 16 of the Order for dispensing medicines and medical supplies from pharmacies and their structural units, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 360 of 07/19/2005 (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 351 of 05/22/2009) states: “Medicines and medical products of good quality, released from pharmacies and their structural divisions, are not subject to return, about which an advertisement should be placed in the service room. ”

“Medical devices” are devices, complexes, systems, equipment, devices, instruments, devices, implants, accessories, materials or other products, including invasive medical devices; in vitro diagnostic medical devices; medical devices that do not achieve the foreseeable purpose in or on the human body with the help of pharmacological, immunobiological or metabolic agents, but whose functions such products may contribute to; medical devices used both separately and in combination with each other, including software necessary for their proper use, in order to ensure: prevention, diagnosis, treatment, observation or alleviation of the patient's condition in case of illness, injury, injury or compensation; research, replacement or modification of the structure (anatomy) of organs, tissues or physiological processes; control of the fertilization process (Clause 2 of the Procedure for state registration of medical equipment and medical devices, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 09.11.2004 N 1497, as amended by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine N 86 dated 02.09.2011).

Thus, it is impossible to return the purchased medical device of appropriate quality back to the pharmacy, store, office, etc. Only if the product has external or internal defects affecting the performance of the product.

Warranty repair:

 During the warranty period, the buyer has the right to free repair of equipment in the event of a malfunction.
In the event of a malfunction in the equipment, stop operation immediately and contact our service center. When a client addresses a problem in equipment operation by specialists of our service center, an examination is carried out and the causes of the failure are found out.

In case of factory defects or other malfunctions that occurred through the fault of the manufacturer, the product is under warranty repair. The warranty does not cover defects caused by external influences (power surges, mechanical damage resulting from a fall or improper transportation, etc.) or resulting from a violation of the operating rules specified in the instructions.

Product which includes:

        The sections "Industrial Equipment" and "Laboratory Equipment" are high-tech, calibrated, accurate instrumentation. According to Art. No. 9 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of 05/12/1991 goods of good quality must be returned within 14 calendar days, with payment of the cost of equipment less 10% (the work of the engineer of a service center for checking goods) and minus the cost of consumables (buffer solutions, needles, batteries).

        By purchasing equipment from the sections "Industrial Equipment" and "Laboratory Equipment" you agree to these terms.

        The goods must arrive at the service center in the proper presentation, in the whole package, if there are stickers, stickers, packages, clips, clips, instructions, receipt, warranty card and other items of factory equipment.

        The diagnostic period in the service center is from 3 to 14 working days.
In what cases is the warranty not provided?

A service center may refuse warranty repair if:

    the safety of warranty seals is violated
    there are mechanical or other damage that arose as a result of intentional or reckless actions of the buyer or third parties
    use rules set forth in operating documents are violated
    an unauthorized opening, repair was made or internal communications and components of the product were changed, the design or layout of the product was changed
    the warranty card is filled out incorrectly or is missing (lost)
    the serial or IMEI number in the product memory has been changed, erased or cannot be set
    Warranty does not apply to the following malfunctions:
    natural wear or exhaustion
    accidental damage caused by the customer or damage resulting from neglect or use (exposure to liquids, dust, ingress of foreign objects into the enclosure, etc.)
    damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena)
    Damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the mains or improper connection to the mains

damage caused by defects in the system in which the product was used, or resulting from the connection and connection of the product to other products
     damage caused by improper use of the product or in violation of the operating rules
     software that is not included with the product

In accordance with article 8 of paragraph 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", all costs associated with shipping the goods are borne by the buyer.
